Paul founded Jacinto Built with one goal in mind: deliver the kind of quality and transparency he would want on his own home. With over a decade of hands-on experience in residential construction, Paul oversees every project from permit to punch list. He is personally involved from the first client conversation through final walkthrough, ensuring every detail meets the standard the Jacinto Built name represents.

Project Manager
Seth brings a sharp eye for detail and a calm, solutions-first approach to every job site. As Project Manager, he coordinates schedules, manages subcontractors, and keeps clients informed every step of the way. Seth's background in both the field and project coordination means he understands a build from every angle — and knows how to keep things moving even when the unexpected happens.
